Daniel Basov
Intellectual Property & Technology Advisor
Daniel Basov is a partner at Solton Rosen & Balakhovsky LLP. His practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation, intellectual-property licensing, technology transactions, e-commerce, trademark and copyright matters, and IP aspects of corporate transactions.
His experience includes advising technology clients in mergers and acquisitions, technology transfers, licensing, outsourcing, and other IP-intensive transactions. His prior work has included matters involving Conexant Systems, Rockwell Collins, Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget, Federated Department Stores, Matsushita, Minebea, Conductus, PhoneFree.com, and Symbol Technologies.
Mr. Basov is a member of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association and the New York State Bar Association. He received his law degree from Fordham School of Law and bachelor's degrees in computer science and mathematics from New York University.

Jairo H. Paredes is an investor in private real estate. Previously, he managed systems operations at IAC Media & Search/Mindspark, supporting brands including Ask.com, eVite, Bloglines, iWon.com, and MyWay.
Earlier, he served as a Senior Technology Specialist and Analyst at PR Newswire, where he oversaw operations-desk activity, led development of the Technical Operations website, advanced content and automation processes, and compiled the Monthly Technology Report used by the company's executive leadership as a business-continuity gauge.
Mr. Paredes holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and has long served on the executive board of a national fraternity.
