Ilya Aronovich
Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Ilya Aronovich founded Sourceplay as a B2B and B2C provider of web-based information services. Before founding the company, he clerked for the late Honorable Milton Pollack of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
He holds a law degree from Fordham Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law, and bachelor's degrees from Rutgers University. Before and during law school, he operated a consulting business serving prominent commercial clients and helped launch an internet venture that developed into a multi-million-dollar company.
His earlier work included the export and transportation of American, Canadian, and Taiwanese construction materials and other products to Europe and South-Central Asia, as well as helping secure export financing through the U.S. Government's Export Working Capital Program. He has also served as president of a national fraternity and as a member of the Law Committee of the North American Interfraternity Conference.
Mr. Aronovich has appeared on CNN, CNBC's Power Lunch, and many other media outlets. He has also lectured in Fairleigh Dickinson University's MBA program, spoken at the eBay! Live conference, and contributed to the eBay Radio Show.
